We hope you love your Penny Sunday find as much as we loved finding it! Because we’re a small shop selling vintage, secondhand, and one-of-a-kind goods, our return policy works a little differently than a big-box store. Please give the photos, description, measurements, and condition notes a good look before purchasing—and if you have a question about an item, we’re always happy to help before you order. 💛

All sales are final.
Because most Penny Sunday pieces are pre-loved and one-of-a-kind, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for fit, color, change of mind, or an item simply not being what you expected.
We do our best to make sure you know exactly what you’re getting before it arrives. Each listing includes photos and details about the item, and we disclose any flaws or noticeable signs of wear that we find.
A little note about pre-loved goods ✨
Vintage and secondhand items have lived a life before they found you! Minor wear, fading, variations, small imperfections, or other signs of age and previous use are normal and are not considered defects. We think that’s part of their charm.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item, packaging, and damage. We’ll review it and work with you to make it right.
What if the item was significantly different from the listing?
We want our listings to be honest and accurate. If you believe we missed a significant flaw or you received an item that is materially different from what was described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.
What if something doesn’t fit?
Because sizing can vary wildly between brands, decades, and individual pieces, fit is not eligible for a return. When measurements are provided, we strongly recommend comparing them with something you already own that fits you well.
What if the color looks different in person?
We photograph our pieces as accurately as possible, but colors can appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your screen or display settings. Minor color variation is not considered a defect.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you contact us before your order has been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to help. We can’t guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been placed, and orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Do you offer exchanges or store credit?
Because many of our finds are one of a kind, we don’t offer traditional exchanges. Unless there is a verified issue with your order as described above, we also do not offer store credit for final-sale purchases.
What happens if my package is returned to Penny Sunday?
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, failed delivery attempt, or because it wasn’t claimed, the customer may be responsible for the cost of shipping it again. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. 📦
What about lost or stolen packages?
Once tracking shows an order as delivered, Penny Sunday is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking says delivered but you can’t find your package, check around the delivery location, with neighbors or household members, and with the shipping carrier first.
